Jungle Wildife Tour
3 days/ 2 night tour

An 'In the Jungle' experience in every way.

We start out hiking and set up camp in the middle of the jungle, cooking a delicious meal on our campfire. The next day we follow up with an overnight stay in a luxurious rafthouse. On our third day we can hike to the viewpoint or waterfall, or hang out and relax, enjoy a morning longtail safari or kayak - it's totally up to you how you want to end your amazing jungle adventure.

Off the grid, away from it all ...

Includes sightseeing, jungle camping, swimming, kayaking, evening and morning safaris, delicious meals. We can arrange transfers on request.

Itinerary

We will pick up from your hotel near Khao Sok National Park HQ area between 8.00-8.30am and check over our gear for hiking.

At 9.am your expert jungle tour guide and his assistant lead you on a walk to experience a real rainforest.

We will have lunch in the jungle, all the while learning about the plants and animals.

By 2pm we will arrive at the camping site. You can help set up your hammock and shelter. Too tired? Rest while your tour guide and his assistant will do it for you.

There's another chance to learn survivor skills: after we set up a good sleeping place, we start cooking - using bamboo as our ‘pot’.

We will enjoy a jungle-cooked dinner, with storytelling by the fire, and rock off to sleep surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Day 2: It's great to wake up early in the jungle to enjoy fresh coffee and a jungle breakfast of pancakes and egg.

After breakfast, we clean up our camp site and pack up for a 1 hour walk to the lake. Here our longtail boat will pick us up to transfer us to our floating bungalows on the lake.

We check in, relax and enjoy a delicious lunch.

After a rest there's time for kayaking.

By 5pm we like to head out for an evening safari by longtail boat. After dinner, let's enjoy the open sky and a good sleep after a night in a hammock.

Day 3 starts with 6 am coffee time

6.30 We go out on a long tail boat for a morning safari – best time to see the animals.

After breakfast around 7.30am, we pack and check out to start hiking to the viewpoint or waterfall around 8am.

The walk is approximately 3 hours roundtrip to the viewpoint. Sounds too tough? Your group can opt for our waterfall hike instead.

To cool down after the hike, we will take you to private bay to swim and jump from the boat.

We chill out on the boat on the way back to the pier and head off to lunch in a local restaurant.

After lunch we drive you back to Khao Sok National Park area or your next destination.

We like to be on time, but the schedule can be a bit flexible - you are on holiday, and it's an adventure - let's be curious and open-minded about what we may meet on the way... :)
