Day by day thrills
DAY 1 — From Emerald Lagoon to Cheow Lan Lake
Private Pick-up: Your private journey begins with a comfortable pick-up from your accommodation.

Emerald Lagoon Experience: We begin our day around 9am with a visit to the beautiful Emerald Lagoon, a natural freshwater oasis surrounded by lush tropical forest. We spend approximately 3–4 hours enjoying this peaceful natural environment where you can swim in the crystal-clear emerald waters, kayak through the freshwater lagoon and explore the surrounding nature.
Rather than rushing from one attraction to another, we allow enough time to truly enjoy this beautiful natural setting. Plenty of time for photos!
Authentic Local Lunch: After the morning experience, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant operated by members of the local community.
Taste authentic Thai cuisine while supporting local people and businesses.
Journey into Cheow Lan Lake: After lunch, continue to the pier and board a traditional long-tail boat at approximately 2:00 PM.
Cruise into Cheow Lan Lake, surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs, rainforest and spectacular scenery — often known as the “Guilin of Thailand.”
Arrive at your floating accommodation and enjoy approximately one hour of free time to relax, settle in and take in the scenery.
Afternoon Wildlife Experience: At approximately 3:00 PM, head out by boat for an approximately 3-hour wildlife and nature experience.
Explore the lake and surrounding rainforest with your experienced local guide.
Keep your eyes open for birds, monkeys and other wildlife that may appear in their natural habitat. Wildlife sightings are naturally dependent on season, weather and animal activity, making every experience unique.
Return to your floating accommodation at approximately 6:00 PM.

DAY 2 — Into the Rainforest
Wake up surrounded by the peaceful beauty of Cheow Lan Lake.
After breakfast, begin your rainforest adventure: a guided rainforest trek to a mountain viewpoint.
Walk through the lush tropical forest and gradually make your way towards a viewpoint overlooking the surrounding landscape.
The trek offers an opportunity to experience Khao Sok away from the lake, surrounded by the tropical plants and wildlife of a lush tropical rainforest. We will be in natural mountain terrain, with panoramic views from the viewpoint in a peaceful environment away from busy tourist areas.
The exact trekking route and duration may vary according to weather, trail conditions and National Park regulations.
Rainy Season — Waterfall Experience: During the rainy season, when water levels and trail conditions are suitable, the viewpoint trek may be replaced or adjusted to include a waterfall experience.
We will follow the rainforest trail to a natural waterfall, where increased rainfall can create a more impressive flow through the forest. Depending on conditions, there may be an opportunity to cool off and enjoy the natural surroundings before returning to the floating accommodation.
The final route will always be selected according to current weather, water levels, trail conditions and National Park regulations.
Relax & Enjoy the Lake: Return to the floating accommodation and enjoy a slower afternoon. Take time to swim, relax on the raft, read, take photorsor or just enjoy the limestone scenery while you disconnect from the outside world
Evening Lake Cruise: At approximately 5:00 PM, enjoy a peaceful one-hour boat cruise on Cheow Lan Lake. As the afternoon light begins to soften, the limestone mountains and rainforest take on a completely different atmosphere.
Return to the floating accommodation after the cruise.

DAY 3 — Morning Wildlife
Wake up early and experience Cheow Lan Lake at its most peaceful with an early Morning Lake Safari
Around 6am we board a traditional long-tail boat a typically 1-hour morning cruise. This is one of the most magical times to experience Cheow Lan Lake.
As the morning light slowly appears, we may be lucky to see the morning mists floating above the lake with sunrise and changing colours over the limestone mountains. This is when the forest comes alive with wildlife and birdsong.
Wildlife sightings are naturally dependent on season, weather and animal activity, making every morning on the lake different.
Breakfast at the Floating Rafthouse: Enjoy a relaxed breakfast surrounded by the lake and limestone mountains.
Take your final moments to swim, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before checking out around 9am when we will leave the floating accommodation and travel back to the pier.
Local Community Experience: From Cheow Lan Lake, we will continue to a local community to discover a different side of Southern Thailand. Rather than simply passing through, take time to experience the local way of life and participate in activities with members of the community.
Depending on the community and conditions, activities may include meeting local people,learning about traditional ways of life, participating in simple local activities, discovering local products and traditions, experiencing the everyday atmosphere of the community. The experience is designed to create a genuine connection with the local community rather than a staged tourist attraction.
Authentic Local Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant run by members of the community. Taste authentic southern Thai food and support local businesses while experiencing the flavours of Southern Thailand.
